Terms of sale for professionals
The rules that apply to your orders, written to be read. In short: €100 excl. VAT the first time, free shipping from €250 excl. VAT, delivery in 3 to 5 days.
Applicable to orders placed on pro.sternartica.com. Version of 13 September 2026. Translation provided for convenience: the French version prevails.
1. Who sells
Sternartica, a workshop making solid cosmetics and candles, Roche-Saint-Secret-Béconne (Drôme, France). Full company details are in the legal notice.
2. Who to
To professionals holding a French SIRET number or an EU VAT number, whose account has been approved. Accounts are opened after the business has been checked. For shops I have contacted by email, access opens as soon as the account is created with the address I contacted.
3. Prices
All prices on the site are in euros, excluding VAT. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code: no VAT is added at checkout, the price shown is the price you pay.
4. Minimum order
€100 excl. VAT for the first order. No minimum for restocks.
5. Shipping
Paid by the buyer below €250 excl. VAT, free above, for mainland France and the European Union. For Switzerland, €29 per shipment; import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
6. Payment
When ordering, by card.
7. Lead time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 working days. If an item is out of stock, I let you know before shipping and offer either to wait or to refund that line.
8. Receipt
Parcels travel at the buyer's risk. Any reservation for damage or missing items must be made to the carrier on delivery and reported to me within three working days, with photos. I replace breakages reported within that time, no questions asked.
9. Returns
Cosmetic products cannot be returned once unpacked, except for manufacturing defects. A non-compliant product is taken back and replaced at my expense.
10. Resale price
The retail price is recommended, never imposed: you are free to set your own. For my part, I undertake not to sell to the public below the recommended retail price.
11. Storage and dates
Each product shows its period after opening. Soaps keep best away from humidity and direct light.
12. Intellectual property
Photos, texts and visuals are made available to you for reselling my products. Please do not alter them or use them for anything else.
13. Applicable law
French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought before any legal action.
