I'm already a reseller
Log in with the email address you gave me. There's no password to remember.

Not a reseller yet
Did you get an email from me? Create your access with the address that received it: it opens straight away.
Otherwise, I read every request and approve every shop myself. Once your shop is accepted, you log in with your email and the prices appear.

If something goes wrong
I didn't get the code
It arrives within moments, sent by Shopify on behalf of Sternartica Pro. Check your spam folder, then request a new code from the login page.
I can see the catalogue but not the prices
Your email address isn't linked to an approved shop yet. Check it's the one from your request, otherwise send me a request.
I want to change my shop's email address
Write to me from the old address and tell me the new one: I'll make the change myself.
